cassandra goodman, LPCC-S
Cassandra chose a career in counseling because she has always had a passion for helping others. She believes patients deserve a safe place to share and work on struggles in all aspects of their lives. During an initial evaluation, her goal is to develop an understanding of what each individual patient is seeking and provide a thorough consultation of how to direct treatment.
Cassandra completed a Master of Arts in art therapy and counseling at Ursuline College. Many of her patients come for talk therapy only, but some choose to incorporate art psychotherapy as one of our counseling modalities.
She has experience in the treatment of individuals and couples of all ages with interests in relationship issues, interpersonal issues, anxiety, depression, sexual health issues, women's health issues, sexual addiction, problematic sexual behavior, infidelity, LGBTQ issues, gender identity issues, and personality disorders.
Her specialty is couples and sexual health therapy and has had the privilege of being trained by experts in these fields.
When Goodman is not at the office, some of her favorite pastimes are gardening, cooking, yoga, antiquing, making jewelry, and exploring the Cleveland food scene.
