HOLLY VAVLAS, LPC
Holly is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology. She then followed with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Additionally, she has spent five years in Community Mental Healthcare (case management).
Holly specializes in managing/lessening anxiety and depression, reframing negative thoughts, managing body image issues, creating positive habits, and working on positive communication with yourself and others. She focusses on Adlerian, CBT, Gestalt, and Existential Therapy Techniques. She is working under the supervision of Linda Clark, LPCC-S, while she pursues her licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
Some fun facts about Holly: She enjoys listening to music, making jewelry, painting, and exploring the Metroparks. Holly also enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with her two cats.
