Merissa obtained a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Youngstown State University, graduating summa cum laude. She is an experienced clinical supervisor and administrator with expertise in the healthcare continuum. Merissa has worked in various healthcare and behavioral healthcare settings, including hospital emergency rooms, inpatient units, outpatient offices, residential treatment centers, and in-home service providers. Her passion is helping others reach their potential.

Fun facts: Her hobbies include exploring new places, spending time with friends and family, and being a rescue dog mom.
