Receive the Best Care for Your Mental Health

At ARC Psychiatry, we are committed to providing you with exceptional mental health care tailored to your unique needs. To ensure that we can offer the best possible care, we will ask you a few preliminary questions before scheduling your first appointment. This initial step helps us understand your specific needs and prepare for your visit effectively.

What to Bring to Your First Appointment:

  1. Driver's License or Photo ID: This is necessary for identification purposes and to complete your patient records.
  2. Insurance Card (if applicable): If you have health insurance, please bring your insurance card so we can process your claims and ensure you receive the benefits you are entitled to.
  3. List of Current Medications: Please bring a detailed list of all medications you are currently taking, including the doses and frequencies. This information is crucial for our healthcare providers to understand your current treatment regimen and avoid any potential drug interactions

These items will help us get a comprehensive understanding of your health background, allowing us to tailor our services to meet your needs effectively. Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and supportive experience from your very first visit
