Renee Zimmerman
Renee is a licensed social worker under the supervision of Brittany Roppel, with 12 years of experience in outpatient, residential, and day treatment settings. She uses a holistic approach to support individuals struggling with many issues, including identity, ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma. Renee enjoys working with the LGBTQIA+ community and other marginalized populations. Her intervention methods include 10 years of experience with DBT, as well as CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and strengths based approaches. Renee likes to use creative interventions like art and music to help people become the best versions of themselves. In her free time, Renee likes playing with her cats, cooking, watching OSU sports, reading, and crafting. She spends a lot of time outdoors with her husband.
