STEPHANIE HAYWOOD

Stephanie is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners for Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Ursuline College and her Master of Science in Nursing at Walden University. Before becoming a Certified Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie had over a decade of experience in Psychiatry and Internal Medicine.

In addition to providing care throughout local facilities, she has experience in addiction medicine, such as IOP. Her goal is to empower patients to live healthy lifestyles.
